Work Principle

 

When storing the car, the car is parked on the platform at the entrance of the parking lot.The detection device at the entrance of the vehicle can park the vehicle on the parking floor of different heights by detecting the height of the vehicle. The robot moves underneath and moves the vehicle

to the transporter using the comb gear cross action. It moves underneath the vehicle and moves it to a shuttle trolley or lifter,

 

When picking up the car, the user swipes his card or makes an appointment through APP at the exit of the parking lot, and the system sends instructions to the parking robot. After receiving the instruction, the parking robot moves to the position of storage frame, and uses the comb gear cross action to move the vehicle from the storage frame to the transporter. Then the vehicle is moved to the suttle trolley or lifter through the horizontal movement, and the vihicle is finally transported to the extrance of the parking lot and turned the front end to exit direction, which it convenient for users to pick up the car, then park the vehicle to a specific parking space throught the horizontal movement, and finally transport the vehicle to the entrance of the parking lot and turn the front end to exit direction, which is convenient for users to pick up the car.
