Work Principle

 

When storing the car, the car is parked on the platform at the entrance of the parking lot.The detection device at the entrance of the vehicle can park the vehicle on the parking floor of different heights by detecting the height of the vehicle. The robot moves underneath and moves the vehicle

to the transporter using the comb gear cross action. It moves underneath the vehicle and moves the vehicle to a rotating platform that can be lifted or lowered, and parks the vehicle in a specific space through a horizontal movement action.


When picking up the car, the user swipes his card or makes an appointment through APP at the exit of the parking lot, and the system sends instructions to the parking robot. After receiving the instruction, the parking robot moves to the position of storage frame, and uses the comb gear cross action to move the vehicle from the storage frame to the transporter. Then the vehicle is moved to the rotating platform that can be lifted or lowered through the plane movement, and the vihicle is finally transported to the extrance of the parking lot and turned the front end to exit direction, which it convenient for users to pick up the car.
